Saying positive affirmations DON'T work... Not for overcoming your public speaking NERVES.
Reader,
You’ve been told to use positive affirmations to overcome public speaking anxiety.
You repeat them daily... You think you’re all set
BUT
As you step onto the stage, you can’t find your voice, confidence, and authority!
You've said positive affirmations 100s of times... But when it's time to speak:
→ you're sweating as if running a marathon in a desert
→ you're physically shaking with nervousness
→ your voice is trembling and
→ your heart is racing
You're saying positive affirmations to yourself but those are as effective as...
A paper boat in a STORM!
Positive affirmations are BAND-AIDS on a deeper issue that require permanent cure.
They don't address root causes of anxiety which often stem from deeper fears, insecurities, self-doubts.
Imagine this:
You’re giving presentation & you’ve been repeating:
“I'm strong... I'm a confident speaker”
But when you notice someone whispering to another, your mind races with thoughts of JUDGEMENT.
Your voice starts to SHAKE like a leaf in a hurricane... This is what happens to those who rely on band-aids.
Positive affirmations alone FAIL...
BECAUSE they don't offer practical strategies to manage anxiety.
And create a FALSE sense of security, leaving you unprepared when anxiety strikes.
I help you find your VOICE, CONFIDENCE, & AUTHORITY when speaking in front of groups:
- 9 or 90 people
- On or off-stage
- Formal or informal
So you gain UNSHAKEABLE confidence and authority that comes from WITHIN... without relying on bandages.
>> Reply "CONFIDENCE" and I’ll send more details on what works in the long run.
